The best game was, what? Kansas-Arkansas? Now that two No. 1s have lost to 16s and mid-majors have made the Final Four, I don't get too juiced about early upsets any more. Give me a mid-major winning the whole thing.

This is probably a "sun rises in the east" post, but checking in on the Iowa women's team after two days of watching the men's tournament is like taking a 45 and playing it at 33 rpm.

That being said … Iowa looks good early, up 18-12 on Murray State. Go Hawks!

For the tournament the first half now gets the same "30-becomes-a-full" bullshirt the second half has had for a while now on the first team timeout of the half.
