College football week 13 thread: The Adventures of Buckeye Banzai Across the Big 10th Dimension

It's not important to beat your rival.
It's not important to win your conference (if a loss in the title game threatens your playoff position).
It's not important to put the most talented athletes you have out there every single game.

Everything I always believed about college football is about to be blown up.
Before you know it, players will be skipping bowl games to prepare for the NFL draft. Oh ...

And yet, you could write a book about players who have become involved with coaches daughters. Figured the "suspended vs. Mercer" would be followed by, "but back for Auburn."
I don't know if he was formally suspended at that point but he did not make the travel roster for the LSU game despite the linebacker room being depleted.

Because Joey Galloway said something idiotic?

The only way IU misses the playoffs is if they get nuked by OSU, AND also lose to Purdue, which is galactic class unlikely. Purdue is in its own special universe of suck.

Alabama linebacker Keanu Koht was suspended for last week's game against Mercer and then announced he is entering the transfer portal. Naturally, the rumor mill has sprung into action.
And if you can't trust Big Money Carl, who can you trust?

Did he think Bill McCartney was coaching his team?

Edit: welp, micro got there before me.

Michigan got it done. I'm sure they didn't want to spend that much money, but they damn sure didn't want another year of not having a decent QB, either.

It's going to be an interesting weekend to watch Brian Kelly and LSU as well.

Wonder how much $$ is involved. Probably more than most NFL rookies make in 3 years.

Rumor is that it was approaching $10m. LSU was supposedly offering $4m.

Like I said, Michigan REALLY didn't want another year with the sort of QB troubles they have now.
