Colonoscopy ... give me good vibes

Three shrimp tacos and elote. I'm all in.
My post-procedure meal has always been a roast beef sandwich and a big glash of whole milk. The latter is one of my favorite treats, but since I'm no longer a boy of 12 I can't have it very often.

I'm not a milk drinker. What makes whole milk more desirable than 2% milk?

I don't like milk at all unless chocolate is involved.

So one in a while I'll buy a quart of 2%
and dump sugar-free chocolate syrup into it.
I do like that. Still, the milk has some sugar in it, and I have to avoid sugar.

So I bought a quart of this Ripple stuff (plant-based milk, not that shipty cheap "wine") the other day, and I'm looking forward to seeing if it's a worthy substitute. First test is Wednesday morning.

Anyone else here know this stuff? It gets good review online, etc. ...

The one I had was a piece of cake.
Prep was hardest part by far. And yes the best nap of your life.
