"I've reached that age when..."

Wearing suspenders with my jeans, because if they fit my waist and don't cut in, they'll work their way down otherwise. It's suspenders or wear a size too small.

I buy my readers in bulk, 5-pack. I have them placed strategically in every room of the house, every bag, truck, work, etc.

Crocs with socks? Hell yes. Very comfortable and if you have to go out into the garage or out into the yard briefly, no problem!

I've reached the age where, when I buy a suit, suspender buttons are sewn into the slacks every time.

Pfft I see your reading glashes and raise you my eyeglash cords I recently bought. Got tired of them falling off the top of my head as I either leaned back in my chair or leaned over so I bought the cords in advance of buying a new pair of glashes, which are dangling around my neck right now. The best/worst part? I was telling this to my Dad recently and he says in an amused tone "Yeah I noticed when you were here last." When even your Dad recognizes how old you are!

One of the best things I ever found. No more bulky glashes in your pocket or dangling on a chain. They're literally attached to your cellphone, something you're likely never without.

At first you might think, these things will never stay on. But I swear, they eventually just seem to adjust to the shape of your nose, and I'm to the point now where I can take off and put on a shirt while wearing them and they don't fall off.

I've thought about trying a pair of the keychain type. I don't put anything on the back of my phone because of wireless charging, but I would try the other type.

Only negative is they only go up to +2.50. +2.75 would be perfect for me.

Same. Have pairs in my car, my office, my bedroom, my work bag, etc. They aren't crazy durable but you can get a six-pack from Amazon for like $13.99.

This looks great but my glashes are prescription so they're on as often as they're off. And I spent a chunk of change on my first decent set of specs in a while so I don't want to risk them. I'm risky enough wearing them as is!

I don't seem to care as much about my job/work anymore. It seems like there is so much more important, relevant, or urgent things to which I should be giving time and priority, and my awareness of and belief in that has grown exponentially in the past year.

Some days, it is even hard to get myself to go in to work. It's like it just doesn't matter anymore. I know it does because I still need my job, but that's how I'm feeling, more and more. My perspective has definitely changed lately.
