They'll survive. The school has known about this for years. It knew the story was being reported and that its publication was imminent. Barnhart is still there. Consider the politics of the state and the crimes alleged. Trumpists don't think rape is a crime..

I think the story was timed to coincide with the court filing. The story reads like something that was reported for weeks or months in advance. It doesn't appear to rely exclusively on court documents.
