Trans athletes and NCAA

The issue will most likely come in the form of things like federal funding and the Title IX argument. My wife is in an area that is dealing with this in a field that cares for trans people. There has been a question on how they will enforce, and honestly, especially with their gutting of the federal workforce, they probably can't outside of very specific cases to audit. In regard to San Jose State, for example, they have a very known specific case.
Perhaps. But fact remains, a U.S. President does not have the authority to dictate starting lineups and rosters. Of course he thinks he has the authority to do anything.
 
True, true ... but with Title IX gone victims will have one less method of recourse.
I wouldn't send my daughter to a co-ed college at this point. No Title IX and date rape will be become a varsity sport in itself.
 
Dude, date rape already has two varsity letters. My children's mother lost her virginity to a college date rape, though not by an athlete.
