Mike Tyson Jet Blue Punch Out

For all the "cheap" digs at JetBlue, I have to say, I enjoyed, perhaps, the most comfortable flight I've ever had, in coach, on one of its planes a few years ago. :) It was the only time I've ever flown JetBlue, but I was pleasantly surprised at the experience.
I've flown JetBlue between places it has hubs. That, plus paying for better seats, makes JetBlue terrific. Carry-on in the bins, a bag underneath the seats, plug in earphones and watch a movie.

One of my best friends worked for JetBlue for about five years and that was five years of buddy passes and big seats that I thoroughly enjoyed. Good legroom. Unlimited snacks. TVs and XM Radios in each seat. I've definitely flown worse.

JetBlue has taken out the XM, at least on the plane I was on last month. That was one of the major selling points for me taking it. Their DirecTV service on that same flight never worked in my seat.

Other thing I noticed on my recent trip was that their customer service struggles nowadays. None of the kiosks worked at the airport, then they stuck us in a line where they clearly didn't have enough agents. I dropped my ID on that same flight and it was never found. They're usually on top of that stuff. And now they've offered to buy Spirit, which makes me fear that they'll become more like Spirit.

I thought it had Sirius/XM last time I flew.

Use the app for a boarding pass. You can check in at home, walk to the gate, and show your phone.

Have to say JetBlue is my #1 choice for domestic travel. Great airline.

I remember the first time I saw someone do that, the only guy doing it in a sea of people boarding ahead of me. "Well, look at Mr. Techie Fancypants!"

Of course now I'm on all the apps and relieved to not have to keep track of the paper pass.
