Neighbor problem

My hope is that the sisters will be there as much as possible for his senior year milestones, especially graduation. But you and your fellow churchgoers need to be ready to step in if needed for those moments so the kid isn't alone for what should be happy moments. And he very well may not volunteer they are coming up so it would help to have an in with the school system. Any idea when his birthday is?

Yeah, birthday is saved on the phone.

He's a senior at one high school, mine is a freshman at the other (school choice, so next door neighbors can attend different schools). And I'm friends with a few staff members at his school. So I've got eyes over there.

Does your state have anything like a Public Guardian and Trustee that oversees/investigates the financial interests of minors in trusts/inheritances/damage awards etc?

That $18K on the Jeep is bullshirt and should be investigated and repaid. There is a fiduciary duty at play.

Not sure. I'm meeting my attorney for lunch this week to catch up (my retainer is I buy his meal). I'll ask.

I think that was his own money, but it was used to show that he didn't need to dip into the money meant of this children.
