MAGA personality Ricci Wynne was indicted by a federal grand jury for child pornography charges earlier this week.

Wynne, a San Francisco-area social influencer who posts videos of drug users and crime in the area, was indicted on Tuesday on two counts of producing child pornography in April and October of 2022, according to court documents. Videos posted to his social media accounts show him supporting President Donald Trump's campaign and criticizing San Francisco over the city's drug problem.
The grand jury concluded that Wynne "did employ, use, persuade, induce, entice, and coerce" two minors "to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct," according to the documents.

Wynne was also arrested in November at the San Francisco airport on separate charges of human trafficking, according to CBS News. CBS News reported that Wayne pleaded not guilty to those charges of pimping and pandering by procuring.

Wynne has made multiple appearances on Fox News, to discuss the issues of San Francisco. He was also interviewed by CBS News Bay Area about crimes that he witnessed in the area, including the carjacking of a food delivery driver.
