And that brown doesn't look too good with the blue.

I'm not sure but I think one of the non-dominant colors in the tie matches a non-dominant color in the shirt, but the stripes are a no-go and blue and brown still look crappy together regardless.

Accent color? Is that the proper term for the non-dominant colors?

How cold can it get in your office before you have a legitimate complaint? Holy fork it's cold in here.

Our publisher sent out an e-mail telling all of us to turn the lights off and do anything else to cut costs to help make budget in December, yet they still had the AC blasting away. It was so cold in our office during a cold snap that most of us were wearing heavy coats at our desks. It was real pleasant.
