I know I'm an impossible Old, but I would be very wary of having that out in cyberspace where a potential employer can dredge it up one day. It's shipty to have to think like that but it is a reality.
I hear what you're saying, but wouldn't that be a protected clash?
Also, we as journalists identify people's sexual orientations and mental health diagnoses all the time (I'm referring to articles where that information is actually relevant and with appropriate consent, but that's for another day). I don't see how this is any less appropriate.
