Time to pull the peg out of the plastic car

I always went the college route, and if I could, I bought stock. That would almost always be the winning combination.
 
I think that makes it a fairly decent facsimile of real life.
It's the perfect representation of Life, it's a random spin of the wheel. If you're born to a hedge fund owner in Greenwich Connecticut there's a 90% chance your life is going to be mostly pleasant. If you're born to a homeless woman in Mogadishu there's a 90% chance your life will be a series of miseries.
 
We had the 1960 set in the basement where the cars looked like 1957 Chevys and salaries were, like, $3,000 a year.
