Ted Lasso Season 3 (spoilers included)

I thought it was an excellent, return to form episode. Getting rid of the fat of Kelley's story helped. Isaac and Colin's scene was great and Colin has been the stealth MVP of the season. The episode was able to walk the line between the absurd (Beard at the press conference) and the much more serious.

A few random thoughts. I love the reveals when Will is always in the background of serious conversations. She's an extremely attractive woman, but I think that Rebecca is reaching Angela Bassett territory with the arms. Ted with the "that's what the lady from the American Office said" was hilarious. While Roy's press conference was well done and is clearly setting up him as the Ted replacement, I didn't 100% think that his story was analogous to what Isaac did. I'm still not totally understanding Nate's arc and I don't like that Rupert is the pantomime baddie, but I like that Jade read his BS immediately. I like that the taunting fan was wearing the Dubai Air shirt.

We still have Man City and a home game against West Ham to cover.

They can't redeem Rupert, right?

Other than that … and shirtting on Keely … It was a good episode. Loved the food everywhere and Dani Rojas turning full deck.

I don't know.

They're triple jumping all over scripts and ideas.

As for the thing they did with Nate ...

... one of the worst fumbles in TV history.

And would it hurt them to enunciate their forking words all the way thru?

Keeley forking Jones is an idiot character.

And as if Rebecca's speech would get a room full of Jerry Joneses to drop their superleague idea.

And Roy still has way more chemistry with Ms. Bowen than Keeley.

I like that Ms. Kakes was replaced by Ms. Bread (which is what I assume the Hammers HR issues related to).

Still don't understand the Keeley storyline at all nor really the Nate one.

Jamie showing up at the uncle's day and then honoring Sam were both cool.

Sam Richardson looks like he lost a ton of weight and I love that he had his assistant throw the food.
