We got once of those fancy Bevi water dispensers in our office — it's fantastic as you get choices for all sorts of flavored water, options on temperature and level of sparkling if you want. We've eliminated using bottled water.
 
The health secret to Five Guys is to go 50/50 on Coke/ Coke Zero, which no doubt more than offsets the 10,000 calories of fries you'll consume. /EatThisNotThat
I delude myself at Five Guys by getting the burger patties and toppings in a bowl (much less messy than a lettuce wrap). But any "carb savings" from foregoing the bun are lost as I can't resist helping my wife with her sack full of delicious fries.
 
The latest addictive junk food: Reese's Thins peanut butter cups. A bag of the dark chocolate variety was left out at work, and after trying some I had to buy my own bag.

Perfect pop in your mouth size, and individually wrapped without having a paper cup wrapper to remove — saving precious seconds before you can eat them. And the dark chocolate/peanut butter combo is delicious.

Calories / carb count? Uh, I better jump on a treadmill!!
