I delude myself at Five Guys by getting the burger patties and toppings in a bowl (much less messy than a lettuce wrap). But any "carb savings" from foregoing the bun are lost as I can't resist helping my wife with her sack full of delicious fries.The health secret to Five Guys is to go 50/50 on Coke/ Coke Zero, which no doubt more than offsets the 10,000 calories of fries you'll consume. /EatThisNotThat
