'The Flat Earth Society is meeting here today ...'

Which is the nation that treasures him, Eritrea?

The rap he had his nephew do was an epic fail. There were NO winners in that whole thing. I don't have a problem with him for being the "Well actually" guy. Being correct about something is a good thing. As is actual knowledge. I have a problem with him acting like an idiot in response to an idiot. He's not a funny guy. He should just stick to knowing a lot about astronomy. That makes you plenty interesting.

Oh please don't be this guy, Ragu. There was nothing epic about it and fail is not a noun.

But I digress.

I love NDT. I watched all of Cosmos and found it fascinating. Sure, he can be the "Well actually" guy, but that tends to happen when you are the smartest guy in the room. Just like at deck Whitman and YankeeFan.

Which guy is it that I shouldn't be? The guy who said fail instead of failure about the lame rap video?

"Epic fail" is just one of those things that makes my skin crawl when I hear/read it because it is usually wrong twice in the span of two words. Always sounded like someone who was trying too hard to be cool or funny, which I know you aren't.

Totally my hang up. Couldn't help myself.

OK. I wasn't sure if you meant I shouldn't be something with regard to what I wrote about Tyson. I can respect my epic fail having been an epic failure.

You know The Good Dinosaur, that cute little kids movie Pixar made? NGT would like us all to know that dinosaurs and people didn't actually live together.

I didn't mean for this to be a referendum on Neil deGrasse Tyson, however. I was musing.

Do you know that Mr. Lugs thought they did ?

Until I birthed our son, who told him otherwise.

Neil's performing a public service.

1. I hardly even know who this guy is. Had to look him up in wiki to find out what his claim to fame is.
b. After looking him up, I still don't care what he has to say.
iii. Einstein needed a hair stylist.
