And not one of them is African-American.

Bad look, Bill.

Well, to be fair, how many African Americans care about the NBA or have any expertise there?
They wanted to hire Rembert Browne and Greg Howard, but then they landed on the shirtty Men in Media List for being serial sexual attackers.

Still, that's a year ago.

No one available for the Ringer to hire since then?

It's interesting, because the lack of an African-American stands out, but at the same time that's a pretty diverse list of people.

But this definition of writing about the NBA, they just need to hire Wesley Morris back for his NBA fashion columns.

What in the world is there for 18 writers to write about? (I'm sure some of these are once-a-week types.)

some of those people are podcasters not writers, and some of them don't write exclusively about the NBA. It's a pretty all-inclusive list.

The question isn't whether or not there are African American NBA writers to be hired, but whether or not there are African American NBA writers to be hired who can also rank the top 15 "Oh heck no!" movie scenes from 1995.
