I'm not surprised. Maybe I wasn't the audience as an old dude, but I found it pretty unwatchable. Most of the panelists were unknown and many tried too hard to be funny. It would have been better as a traditional talk show.

Yeah, I like her standup a lot. But I don't think that show worked very well. Granted, I only watched it a few times.

Never really saw a lot of the show, and you're probably right about the panelists, but I'm still a fan of Tomlinson. I hope so can grab a better project somewhere or continue to get success on the standup circuit. (Generally, what Deskgrunt just said)

I usually just watched her monologues which were generally pretty funny. Too bad for her. Hopefully she finds a cool new gig.

Looking forward to this one when I can get to it this weekend. Looks great.

I'm also a fan of Seth Rogan's other Apple show (with Rose Byrne) "Platonic" which I think will have a second season later this year.

re: After Midnight, I liked the show a lot! It didn't always work, but the attempted jokes per minute was way higher than anything else in the late night sphere now. It's also the one show that regularly used lesser known or upcoming talent. The show had apparently been renewed for a third season, but Taylor wanted to be on the road more. It would have been interesting if they tried to keep it going with a new host or rotating hosts, but I think I read that CBS is pulling out of that time slot entirely and just leaving it to affiliates.

Reacher is going to shoot a lot of bullets pretty soon. Me happy.

Honesty, Ritchson is the only reason to watch the show. He does everything most (every?) man wishes he could do and pulls it off in such a cocky, but just short of arrogant, way that it works.

Ritchson does have to carry most of the show and he does it well, but I also enjoy Maria Sten as Neagley even though they limit her role.

They definitely could have. Hopefully the continuation is worthwhile. I really liked it… a little thing, but the running gag of beating the shirt out of the community scooters made me cackle every time.

We binged The Residence on Netflix this week. A flashback murder mystery which was kind of Knives Out meets The Afterparty. Really liked it and both the lead quirky detective and Giancarlo Esposito as the murder victim were great. Very sad to know that Esposito replaced Andre Braugher (who died during filming and would have been perfect).
