I don't think it's an issue of stupidity as much as an issue of thinking he's above the law because he's a "journalist." I suppose I'm splitting hairs.

I mean continuing to harash the people he considers "witnesses" after being warned not to by the judge however many times is just plain stupid isnt it?

At the start part of me wondered is the government FOS does he have a point somewhere? But now he just looks like the obsessive loon they say he is
