I asked on the running thread - what makes this guy attractive?
He wasn't all that great in the NFL or at Tennessee.

Kiffin had that program ready to explode back into the top 10 in just one year. Yeah, they finished 7-6, but they were 5-7 last season, and two of their losses this year were 23-13 to then-No.1 Florida and 12-10 to then-No.2 Alabama. And this was with one of the shirttiest QBs in the SEC.

I think Kiffin's perfect for the job. But the biggest score isn't Lane, it's Monte. He is going to be running a pro defense with future pro players. Look out.

And then they got rolled by No. 11 Va. Tech. So let's put the breaks on the "READY TO EXPLODE!!!!!one1!!" shall we?
