What are some good weekly/bi-weekly sports features that still have success?

Hello, I recently switched to a new profession going from newspapers to TV. I know I had success with Q & A or Athlete of the Week and we have that here already, but what are some good features for mostly high school sports that would do well crossing over or for TV station?

We have a young sports director and am looking to help him out with some strong ideas. Next summer and in the slow time we are going to do a where are they now with former local athletes whether competing in college or 10 years out and in the real world but am looking for something more in season
