What makes this piece bad, Vol 1: Ann Coulter on soccer

Why do people keep obsessing over what that troll writes, to the point of entire rebuttal columns? She wins when you do that.

Is it really that difficult to push the permanent ignore button on her?

Pretty simple reason why they aren't ignoring her and are writing rebuttal columns. It gets them clicks too.

I suppose you're right. But as a rule, that makes the person writing the rebutta duller intellectually than the person who wrote the original column.

I'm waiting for smallpotatoes to tell us what Alex Jones thinks of soccer.

What Alex Jones thinks about soccer is there is no soccer. Enjoy watching a hologram designed as an opiate for the plebs, sheeple.

Um, it's a humor piece. It's being intentionally ridiculous. Gay writes mostly humor columns for the WSJ.

Look, just because the man is a homosexual doesn't mean you have to identify him solely by ... oh, that's his name.
