It does sound like Fussy Britches and is cited that way on IMBd. By the way, that was a tall cast. Warden Bob Gunton is 6-2, tough guy Clancy Brown is 6-3 and Morgan Freeman is 6-2. Of course, Tim Robbins towers over them at 6-5, so maybe that's why they don't seem so tall.
