I'm REALLY pissed at Woot right now.

Bought a shirt off shirt.woot.com on 11-30. They usually say it will arrive within 10 days. I went and checked my tracking number last Friday, and it said "number not found" on the FedEx page. I went to the blog, and others had posted the same problem.

I e-mailed Woot to find out what was up. Well, they oversold and had to print more. They're supposed to start shipping tomorrow. Problem is, I'm leaving for Kentucky before it would arrive here, but would have been a good week after it would have arrived had it shipped when ordered.

I asked them to change the address, since it's for someone in my family and I obviously won't be able to give it to them now. Except they can't because it's been processed. And they won't cancel and refund.

So...sorry, mom. I bought you a shirt nearly a month before Christmas that you won't receive until well after the New Year.

Called. The "customer service" option just had a recording saying all service was done via e-mail. I tried going through the directory, but you had to know a name.
