Arguing over which is better for you - diet or regular soda - is like arguing who has the fastest Dodge Caravan. They're carbonated shirt water loaded with chemicals that have names you've never seen anywhere else. If you truly had an interest in a healthy drink you should probably drink water.

Diet pop is 1,000 times "better" for you than regular, 240-calorie pop. It's not close. It's not a Dodge Caravan against a Dodge Caravan. Comparatively, it's a Ferrari against a Model T.
