Don't expect any change bloggers:
Critics of the Huffington Post shouldn't expect to see any changes in the way it pays its bloggers — it doesn't. Chaz Ebert, wife of Sun-Times columnist Roger Ebert (and one of those HuffPo critics), asked whether bloggers would now be paid. Ms. Huffington said no.
"Blogging is a way of self-expression. There are no deadlines or rules," Ms. Huffington said. "It's a platform for people who want to share their view. It's like people who speak as experts on TV. They don't get paid."
