All the threads related to Joe Paterno's "death," and then, his actual death, were really great.
Checking all of them out could take several days to read, but the "Rushing to be Wrong," RIP Joe Paterno," and the "Posnanski and the Paterno Book" he planned to write were epic, interesting threads from 2012.
Because back then the server didn't have the capacity and SJ was a busier place. Old threads were deleted until server capacity greatly improved. A lot of classic threads went down the memory hole because of this.Really? Why?
