Confederate flag dispute in Kentucky

This may come off as generalizations to people, but frankly it's true if you ask me. Anyone who flies the confederate flag, or supports it, or has any other feeling except revulsion and sadness for it, is a racist. We've reached a point as a society where it's that simple. The heritage it's about is a racist one. The rebelliousness was about racism. Arguing anything else is a pathetic attempt at revisionsist history.

I would go even further and call them traitors. They are not just expressing allegiance to a racist idealogy, but expressing allegiance to a nation that broke away from the United States, fought a war, was defeated and then occupied. Flying a confederate flag expresses is not an expression of pride, but a statement of allegiance to the Confederate States of America which was an enemy of the United States.

And knowing enough about the area No One Likes them is from, I totally buy everything he said. And if his suck ass wimpy editors won't let a story he wants to do about it run, then fork them and their loser asses. They can stay forever where they're at and continue to suck.

To add on to what's been said, remember that what we call the Confederate flag was really a battle emblem -- It's not the Stars and Bars. That was the actual CSA flag -- that was revived in the 1950's as a symbol of resistance to the movement to end the American form of apartheid. Since then, if you wave it, you're a racist.

"...but if that idiot Lee had listened to me at Gettysburg we wouldn't be. Half a mile, uphill, over open ground? What a forking tool."

Especially upsetting to the David School's team, Pillersdorf said, was when a black player was up for a foul shot and "they were waving the Confederate flag at him."

That part just gave me the chills.
By the way, Allen Central is an "accelerated school" according to the website and the school mascot is the Rebels. The AD is Col.Larry Maynard (that part I found a little odd and ironic).

I happen to have covered a couple of events at Allen Central High School. Accelerated? Really? You couldn't tell.

It's accelerated for the once-in-a-generation National Merit scholar who wants to get the fork out of Dodge and make something of themselves.
