Cricket - F--k Yeah!!!!!

Where are they playing these matches? Converted soccer fields? I can't believe there is an abundance of cricket grounds in the US.

I believe they built some temporary stadiums in large public parks. Most of this tournament (that you aren't seeing) is in the Caribbean, which competes as one unit called the West Indies.

The Americans' games in the "Super 8" second group stage are in Antigua and Barbados.

Numerous cities in North Texas have substantial South Asian populations and have various city or school open areas designed to hold a cricket ground as needed. The actual playing oval need not be massive. Typically 150 yards wide and maybe 180 yards long.

They built a 35,000 seater in a public park in New York. It will be dismantled soon. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nassau_County_International_Cricket_Stadium

Today's match was going to be played here … https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Broward_Park

The match in Texas was held here … https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Prairie_Stadium

The rest of the matches will be played in the Caribbean.
