His greatness was never meant to last, but at least he stepped away before the glory faded, like Ali fighting Berbick. We didn't get much JDV, but what we got was beautiful from beginning to end.

I kind of felt the same way with Manky's endless Jeter-blowing threads. JDV had a lot more random fun packed into his threads, though.
