Ex-LAPD cop goes to war against colleagues

I don't know.

I can't answer that.

I'm not aware.

I don't have any information on that.

And here's your Volkswagen Bug to lead you away.

Ready for another conspiracy theory?

Seems there's a police scanner recording of LEOs on the scene saying what kinda, sorta sounds like "burn it down." Of course, the Alex Jones of the world have seized up this as being The Proof of a massive conspiracy against Dorner.

It's got to be tough for these talking heads to go from being Pope experts and NoKorea nuke experts one day to Fugitive manhunt/State of the Union experts the next.

I just read something (and now I cannot recall where) that talked about the increase in police militarization since 9/11. Something like 90 percent of cities with populations 50,000+ have at least one SWAT team.
every middle school in America needs a SWAT team [/NRA]

Take a look at fire and rescue budgets post-9/11 and the budget of Homeland Security.

And people wonder why taxes need raised.

I remember reading a story several years ago about how Twin Cities suburbs were getting all kinds of Homeland Security money for SWAT teams and armored vehicles, while counties on the Minnesota-Canada border were being denied funds to better secure, patrol and maintain those areas.
