Under Siege is a legit good movie. Seagal was typically awful but everything else really worked well.
Respectfully disagree. Respectfully."Airplane" has its moments but hasn't aged great in my opinion.
I always anticipate Tom getting Shelley Long in the missionary position with his pajamas still up.I'll watch "The Money Pit" every time I come across it. Peak silly Hanks.
Frogs.
Enter The Ninja (gotta love Christopher George's "what you gonna do?") shrug upon dying.
But Death Wish 2 features Laurence Fishburne and some great "death" sequences (Spoilers ahead) - Chucks daugher is sexually ashaulted and runs throw a third-story window falling and getting impaled on the fence (WHOA) and then Rafterman from Full Metal Jacket (who wears a crucifix for some reason in DW2) is cornered by Chuck and Chuck asks him "Do you believe in Jesus Christ?" Rafterman says "Yes, I do." Chuck: "Well, you're gonna meet him" and shoots him dead but not before waiting a beat so the guy can flinch.
That series had some weird early cameos by actors who had some decent success later.
You mentioned Fishburne. Marina Sirtis (Troi from Stark Trek: TNG) and Alex Winter (Bill from Bill and Ted) were in DW3.
Jeff Goldblum was in the original as one of the thugs who breaks into Paul Kersey's house and sets him down vigilante road. Danny Trejo and Mitch Pileggi were in Part 4, both in a couple of their earliest roles.
Weird trend for a franchise that's been largely low-budget dreck for its entire existence.
