Just thought I'd start a running thread.

I'm hoping for an entertaining show without any shenaganins.

Lady Gaga is our opener. ::)

I think Green Day on Broadway could work out well for the group.

They've come a veeeeeeeeeeery long way from Dookie and I've enjoyed it.

Was just thinking how I watched Green Day from a mosh pit in 1993 and amazed at Billy Joe's prowess at spitting straight up into the air and catching it in his mouth on the way back down.

Sorry but that Green Day album and song they performed suck. They've been cut a lot of slack in terms of keeping up their integrity in punk rock, but they've jumped the shark with this Broadway stuff.

Lady Gaga is more punk rock than they are now.

Or, they've matured and grown.

BTW, everyone should enjoy Taylor Swift's performance tonight, since Butch Walker will be backing her.

It's a long way from "Holiday" which I much prefer.

Kanye must be ecstatic that Beyonce took Song of the Year from Taylor Swift (whose pop album just took Country Album of the Year since she has a fiddle in her band). But Beyonce destroys Taylor vocally. She is proving it with this medley, even if it is lip-synched.
