Knowing your place and when it's appropriate to let loose on a co-worker

The best course of action is to crapdust this poor sport. Not a growler though, a SBVD does the trick, especially after a night of draft beer. You are dealing with an asshole, so speak the language.

It's a high-tension environment, which manifests itself different ways in different people, but there is no excuse for being an asshole to your coworkers. If she persists in reaming you in front of everyone else, be the bigger person, take her behind closed doors and politely tell her to stop. If that doesn't do the trick, then go to a supervisory person. Oh, and spellcheck your headlines. ;D

When you have to deal with a bully at work and neither management nor your union will do anything about it, the only justice available to you is to go into Buford Pusser mode and wait for the asshole in the parking lot late one night after work. Make sure there are no witnesses.
Well yeah. There is that too.
