Unless Greg Norman takes over Immelman's body or Tiger shoots 27 on the back nine, I think this thing is over.
And ruined Augusta National will give us another anonymous champion.

That used to be the domain of the U.S. Open.

Very sad days for me.

Immelman's a great one in the making.
At 28?

Uh, yeah. Palmer won his first Masters at 29. Faldo was 30.

Were Faldo and Palmer as "undecorated" as Immelman when they broke through?

More important, if Immelman wins, what ridiculous one-liner does Nantz have in store for his prophetic statement right when that final putt drops?

"The Apar-theid has turned at Augusta — South Africa's Trevor Immelman is the Masters champion."

OK, probably not.

I imagine it'll be something like: "On the 30th anniversary of Gary Player's triumph, Trevor Immelman follows in his idol's footsteps to Butler Cabin."

Barring some catastrophic, Snedeker-like mini-meltdown, Immelman has this one in the bag.

I'm still pulling for Tiger, to the great ire of many.

Still an awful lot that can happen.

A LOT of water in play.

Exactly. As they approach 12, I head back to the couch.

Tiger's gotta make a move right now if he wants any chance to win this thing. He's gotta' make a move right here. [/BillyPacker]

If anyone knows the name of the upbeat music that CBS is using for the Masters, let me know.

A case of your favorite beer to whoever tells me.
