The Rockies will suck again this year, did they make one off-season move to help themselves?
But I'm planning on going to Coors Field over Memorial Day weekend to see the Yankees, and I will thoroughly enjoy every second at what I think is one of the best ballparks in MLB.
And that's part of the problem with the Rockies (IMHO). The experience is so nice people will come, Ray, people will come. They'll draw 2.5 million or so even if the team stinks every single year.

Embassy Suites on Larimer is about 10-15 minutes from the ballpark, my brothers and I have stayed there twice while on family reunions/baseball trips to Denver. Easy peasy.I went to a Rockies-Cardinals game in Denver when I was moving to the PNW. Cards won in extras, and I had to walk back to my downtown hotel because the shuttle stopped running.
