The Jazz suck. The Spurs suck. The Rockets suck. Oh heck, the whole NBA sucks.

I'm pissed, so please excuse my tiny little rant.

If the Celtics lose this series, they've got to be the biggest frauds/chokes ever.
Last year's Mavs may have something to say about that.

True, the Mavs won 67 games last season, to the Celtics' 66 this year.
But I'd rather lose to the Warriors (42-40 and the No. 8 seed in the West) than the Hawks (37-45 and the No. 8 seed in the LEast).

There is no way, and I mean NO way Doc Rivers is coaching the Celts next year if they lose Sunday.

Bill Simmons for Boston coach!! [/ducking]

In defense of Doc, though, after Allen missed that shot it seemed like Rivers acted as if that wasn't the plan, didn't it? There were 11 seconds left, why rush it? That was very odd.

Re: the Cavs, if Szczerbiak keeps shooting like that, it could be a whole different story in the East. I'm not banking on it, though.

Don't look now Beantown, here come your Hawks. Bibby looks to be getting in the flow finally, and if he's rolling, Atlanta can hang around.
I know certain posters on here want to have sex with Rajon Rondo, but like I said the other day, if Bibby plays like Bibby -- Atlanta can hang with Boston all day.

Bibby has almost literally played two different series. He has stunk up the joint in every game in Boston and then in Atlanta he's outplayed the Boston PGs. Say what you will about Rondo, but I'd much rather him out there than Cassell. Cassell wasn't even looking to shoot in the fourth quarter, so I'm not sure what he does better than Rondo if it's not shooting. (And I'm not complaining about Cassell not shooting too much because aside from last night's fourth quarter he's generally been a ball hog all series).

I don't think you can blame Rondo for that last play. Cassell just stood on the right wing and Allen couldn't get open. I'm guessing when he brought the ball up he wasn't counting on having to launch a 3 from 30 feet.

The thing that killed them was not having Pierce, especially when they were down two and he could have driven to the hoop (I know he missed that bunny in G4). That sixth foul call on him was ridiculous.
