New Fantasy Baseball League

I'd be fine with going with the reverse order of standings for the top 10, and the final two picks hinge upon who wins and loses the championship round.

I'm iffy on the third place game counting towards the draft order. If I had lost yesterday, I don't know if I would have been in the mood to keep playing for a better draft pick. But that's just me.

I get that. I think Guy wanted to know if beating me in the third-place game would hurt his draft order. It won't. If the top 10 go by reverse order of regular-season finish, he is locked into the No. 10 pick. If we did it the other way, he would have the opportunity to win the No. 9 spot. I was willing to be flexible, but I'm fine with keeping my pick at No. 9.

Just so I have it on the thread, this would be the draft order if we go with the top 10 picks being determined by regular-season finish and the championship determining 11 and 12. Feel free to double-check my work. Thanks.

I'm one mediocre Championship Sunday from accomplishing a three-peat, so yes, the two-time champion Houston Trashtros will be returning.

I won it that first year when it was a Roto format, been tough sledding for the Cinquantes ever since. This is a tough league.....

I hadn't played fantasy baseball in more than 10 years, except for one year in a friend's weird roto league that calculated stats with weird percentages and weighed averages and I couldn't keep track of anything. Otherwise, I hadn't done anything in years until I joined this league in 2020.

Since that was the short COVID year, I just used that year to familiarize myself with the players and didn't care if I won. Next year, to my surprise, I was a .500 team. And then it all came together.
