NFL Championship Game Running Thread

Fun fact: my next-door neighbor is an absolute ringer for Eddie Money. And female, which makes it even better. And she's kind of a piece of work, so the dialogue between my wife and me is often something like "Eddie Money is on our side of the fence again, pulling weeds." "Has she asked you to 'gimme some water'?"

That's not even his best song with water in the title! Walk On Water is a forking banger. No irony at all. Flat-out great song.

Baseball isn't the only sport with unwritten rules, apparently.

Kelce jabs at Ravens' Tucker for 'poking the bear'

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Travis Kelce said Justin Tucker violated an "unwritten rule" by stretching and placing his equipment where Patrick Mahomes was getting loose, adding that the Baltimore Ravens' kicker was "poking the bear" before the AFC Championship Game.

"If you want to be a f---ing d--- about it, you keep your helmet and your football and your f---ing kicking tee right where the quarterbacks are warming up . ... If you're not going to pick that up, I'll happily move that for you," Kelce said Wednesday on his "New Heights" podcast with brother Jason Kelce.

By the same token - how crazy is it that Mahomes is the seventh oldest QB in the league at 28! Dak is fifth oldest at 30.
