Athens (Ga.) Banner-Herald: Hired Jeff Cochran as prep sports editor. He replaces Jennifer Iannone, who moved into the general ashignments position when Jon Page departed and moved back to Raleigh, N.C. Cochran, who graduated from the University of Georgia, had worked for The Gainesville (Ga.) Times for the past year.
