Thomas and Alito sitting this out. I'm fine with the State of the Union - it's a political speech and more than a few Presidents have obliquely "called out" the SC in the speech. But the Inauguration? A disgrace. Ginsburg attended Trump's, so it isn't like this is some quid pro quo.
