RIP James Jones

Selma (Alabama) Times-Journal managing editor James Jones died from complications of a recent stroke. He was only 54.
James was a well-known sports reporter on the Gulf Coast before he went to work on the news side in Selma in 2018. He spent a lot of years at the Sun-Herald in Biloxi.
