Running 2017 MLB regular season thread

Well maybe next time you should save the mother hen lecture until you know the history.

I try to defuse a situation with humor. Another guy gets pissy. I'm the problem, though.

Yeah, you are the problem. You are a big forking baby. You need a mother hen, because apparently nobody has told you the truth before.

Every day its another forking drama with you. You are pissy, and then you try to cover it up by saying you are using humor. God damn it, what an excuse-making baby.

You don't like it? Hit the forking bricks. And don't announce it. Just leave.

Trolling deck gonna troll. A year after his funeral, people will want to exhume the grave just to make sure it isn't another long con.

What is unreasonable about asking why Bryce Harper takes a seemingly inordinate number of games off, for a superstar his age?

Removed from any other context, nothing. But you were pretty plainly working one of your angles, then got #madonline when you were called out on it.

Poin's right. Get down off the cross. People need the wood.

Its not at all unreasonable to ask.

It is your reply to the answer you received.

But you already knew that.

What "angle" would that be? I scanned the box scores. Noticed Harper didn't play. Saw in the AP story that he was granted a "scheduled day off." Asked the question on ... wait for it ... a baseball thread.

I didn't get #madonline for one second. Not even a one-degree rise in temperature. Someone else got mad. I expressly did not get mad. I'm not going to sit here and be accused of it.

Oh shirt, I have the perfect meme for this:

EDIT: Damn you! You deleted all the F-bombs you dropped while claiming not to be mad! That's cheating!

My reply was a "You mad, bro?" meme that was a reference to the fact that Justin_Rice frequently stands up for the Nationals, and it was a callback to an earlier digression about the Nationals that ended with laughs all around.
