That guy and his brother were large dudes. A couple of histories of the grunge movement have mentioned that the record label tried to get Mark Lanegan to fire at least one of them so they wouldn't be known as "the fat guy band."

Robbie Bachman stayed with BTO longer than Randy did, then refused to join the BTO reunion in the mid-'80s because Randy wanted to include another brother, Tim Bachman. Then Robbie came back around the time Randy left again, and sued Randy about 15 years ago when Randy tried to reunite with Turner (and without Robbie). They ended up touring as Bachman & Turner instead.
