Noted in passing: For some unexplained reason, Durham took
her mother's maiden name. She was born Judith Mavis cork.
Now that she's gone, I guess it will remain a mystery.

Awww. I had the biggest crush on her as a kid. She was an icon in Australia. Rest well, sweet lady.

Also, thanks for this video. I haven't heard "Georgy Girl" in decades, but I'm (barely) old enough to remember when it was a big hit on all the transistor radios. A bright, catchy tune, and Durham's voice is sparkly and clear as a bell.
Never knew anything about the Seekers or heard of them again, but it's fun to watch this long-ago performance today.
