I'm trying to think of anyone who deserves a championship more than Eli Manning. For four years, all he's heard is that he's not his brother, that he's a bust, the Giants can't win with him.

Has there been anyone more reviled by their fanbase who has done less to deserve it? Maybe other than Patrick Ewing?

It's hard to understand why Shockey wasn't on the sideline supporting his team?

When I saw him coming through the tunnel pregame he was on crutches. I'm pretty sure he was there.

Wouldn't be shocked if that was the last time he'd appear with the Giants. They don't need him and he doesn't want to be anywhere where someone will hold him accountable.

He's signed through 2011.
