I started late, but this episode is exactly my kind of stupid fun so far. The rideable luggage, the weight-lifting mouse and the Wonderful Tonight sketches were fucking funny.

Lady Gaga is so freakin talented. Her second song set just broke all the records for choreography alone.

I bet the cast fights hard over who gets to act with her in a skit. Wonderful Tonight with Bowen Yang was fantastic -- the writing, singing, both staying in character even though he had to be slowly dying inside.

And Update went HARD on Trump, hopefully a harbinger. They played it perfectly for a Gaga audience.

The whole production on the second Gaga song was absolutely great theater. And it's a great song too.

I barely remember the other time she hosted, but this one puts her into the category of hosts who buy in and go for it. Obviously not surprising with Gaga, but this was a damn fun episode.

Catching up on the anniversary show. Glad they seemed to find bits for everyone. I still don't know where Beck Bennett has been. Yet, no Taran Killam? Who was the bear in the Heroin Hotdog musical? Sandler's song was great. And the Scared Straight? Oh my.

That second Gaga song wasn't quite as brilliant as the Olivia Rodrigo song from a couple seasons ago, but it was damn close. She's great. Put her on the list of people who can host anytime.

And the payoff on that mouse skit was fucking HILARIOUS. Wasn't sure where it was going but man did it pay off.

The bear (pizza rat) with Ana Gasteyer WAS Taran Killam (who I also didn't recognize at first because of the beard). :D
