I don't care whether someone is having sex. I care if they want me to subsidize it, and if they want a religious school to aid them in that process.
The government has no place telling a Catholic college or school that provides contraceptives only for non-BC reasons that they must buy insurance policies that cover birth control reasons. Buy it yourself or get a new job. Don't expect a religiously affiliated university to help you buy the pill. Especially don't force those institutions to buy the morning afte pill.
