Tower Records; I could spend hours there at any time. Good times.
 
A felony conviction, even if accompanied by a pardon, could cost the guy his law license. State bar ashociation is not part of the government.

State Attorney General throws his two cents in, saying "residents have a right to keep and BEAR arms to protect life and property." He somehow skipped over the "well-regulated militia" part.
