This thread's daddy was a good ballplayer, too. We used to play together back at State U. back in the 70s.
 
We could have played better defense tonight, but that isn't taking anything away from the other team.

You know, its older brother the "We've got to do the things we need to do to be successful" thread was the best one of the lot. It never made it to four pages, though. It turned into a politics thread and got locked up. A damn shame. So much potential wasted.
 
The posters executed our game plan well. We practiced it all week and they kept the pressure up.
