Tom Brady retires ... "for good"

I am as sick of Brady as anyone, but I will be impressed if he doesn't sign one of those performative one day contracts to retire as a Patriot.

I understand that they are "one-day contracts," but does the team hold any rights over the player if they want to unretire? Does the player have to file the retirement paperwork afterward? Does the deal include a minimum salary and count against the cap? (I'm guessing not.)

I saw Cheech and Chong live in '75 or so in a small club. Those two on their hands and knees doing Ralph and Herbie, the two dogs. Sniffing ashholes and talking about how horny that that French Poodle bench Fifi made them, OMG. I think the only live comedy act that ever made me laugh harder was Rodney Dangerfield, and that was because his timing was just perfect.
